POOL HEATING: The pool can be heated for an additional $50/night. We need at least 3 days advanced notice to heat and it must be heated for the entire stay.

The cleaning fee covers professional cleaning, all linens laundered, and sanitizing between each guest.

We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay.

There will be weekly pool cleanings on Thursdays to maintain a sparkling clean pool and monthly yard service (that we do our best to schedule around guests) that service the property. Please reach out to host with questions or concerns.
